Felicia Caitlin Pollack and David Franklin Gordon were married Nov. 16 at the Swan Club in Roslyn, N.Y. Cantor Guy Bonné officiated.
Mrs. Gordon, 29, is a talent booker in Manhattan at ABC’s “The View.” She graduated from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at the New School, also in Manhattan.
She is the daughter of Michele B. Pollack and Bruce Pollack of Brooklyn.
Mr. Gordon, who is 31 and works in Manhattan, is the senior features reporter at TheaterMania.com. He is also president of the Outer Critics Circle, an organization of theater critics and reporters from outside of New York who write for national and digital publications. He graduated with distinction from Hofstra and received a master’s degree in theater history and criticism from Brooklyn College.
He is the son of Lori B. Gordon and Mark C. Gordon of Whitestone, Queens.
The couple met in Manhattan in 2015 on the red carpet of the Lucille Lortel Awards, which are presented annually to honor achievement in Off Broadway theater. Ms. Pollack served as the awards’ publicist, while Mr. Gordon was photographing the event. That evening, they bonded over their mutual love of the television series “Mad Men,” and their shared neighborhood of Astoria, Queens. Though several years’ worth of text messages and work run-ins followed, the couple did not start dating until spring 2017.
