Katherine Kilsberg Hermeling and Matthew Charles Hutchinson were married Sept. 21 at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in St. Louis. The Rev. Donald A. MacMillan, a Roman Catholic priest, performed the ceremony.
Mrs. Hutchinson, 25, is a senior audit associate in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from Notre Dame.
She is a daughter of Caroline L. Hermeling and Dale E. Hermeling of St. Louis. The bride’s father is a lawyer and a partner in the St. Louis law firm Jenkins & Kling. Her mother, a lawyer, is a partner in the law firm Husch Blackwell, also in St. Louis.
Mr. Hutchinson, 28, is a corporate lawyer and an associate in the Chicago office of the law firm Kirkland & Ellis. He graduated from Boston College and received a law degree from Northwestern.
He is the son of the late Joan P. Hutchinson and the late Michael A. Hutchinson, who lived in Bay Shore, N.Y. The groom’s mother was a legal secretary at the New York law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges. His father retired as a sergeant, first class, in the United States Army medical recruiting brigade in Brooklyn.
The couple met in January 2017 through the League, an online dating service.
