The signature of the Flour Shop bakery in SoHo — owned by Amirah Kassem and her husband, Ross Harrow — is sparkly sprinkle-strewn rainbow-striped confections, especially birthday cakes. Now Vans, a California footwear and apparel company, has taken the Flour Shop look as inspiration for its new line. Glittery footwear for all ages with rainbow decorations, T-shirts, sunglasses and backpacks hew to the theme.
