Thomas McIntyre Schultz and Robert Scot Blalock were married Feb. 28 at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau. Zuleima Astol, a member of the New York City clerk’s office, officiated.
Mr. Schultz (left), 29, works in corporate communications at Volvo Car USA in Rockleigh, N.J. He graduated from N.Y.U.
He is a son of Lisa M. Schultz and Carl B. Schultz of Camp Hill, Pa. His mother is a special education aide for the Camp Hill School District. His father is the senior counsel and senior director of environment, health and safety at TE Connectivity, an international electronic component manufacturing company in Harrisburg, Pa.
Mr. Blalock, 27, is an analytics manager at American Express in New York. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California.
He is the son of Rose L. Blalock and Scot A. Blalock of Renton, Wash. His mother was a stay-at-home parent. His father is a Boeing 777 captain for the FedEx Corporation in Memphis.
The couple met in 2014 at a mutual friend’s home in Los Angeles.
