Bourke Street Bakery, the New York branch of a family-run group of bakeries in Sydney, Australia, is open for pickup, as well as delivery to all five boroughs, nearby suburbs, and, weekly, to the Hamptons. Along with its original sourdough breads and well-burnished croissants and pastries, the bakery has added a new line of individual Aussie-style savory pies and filled pastry rolls ($15 to $18 for two). Among them are flaky chicken curry, ratatouille and beef pies, and delicious lamb rolls seasoned with harissa, to serve whole or to slice as hors d’oeuvres. The pies and rolls are sold frozen for home baking. The bakery also offers grocery staples, including bread and pastry flours, and boxes of local produce.
