When it comes to rosés, I’m still learning what regions, grapes and producers I really like. Which is why I think a mixed case is a great idea. Victoria James, the beverage director at Cote, a Korean steakhouse, has selected six rosés of varying intensity from California, France and Italy. You get two of each in the case sold at Convive Wines & Spirits in the East Village. It comes with a signed copy of her book “Drink Pink: A Celebration of Rosé.” At Pure Liquid Wine & Spirits in the Westfield World Trade Center, a six-pack of rosés representing Chile, France, Germany, Italy and Portugal has been assembled.
Drink Pink Case, $235, convivewines.com; Rosé Six-Pack, $99, drinkpureliquid.com.
