Ten-course tasting menus exploring Korean flavors and traditions are offered by Atomix, a new restaurant in Murray Hill. Roasted duck is served with a Mexican-inspired mole to which the Korean condiment gochujang has been added. The smaller dish in the background holds fermented brussels sprouts, a reference to the Korean tradition of side dishes known as banchan.
