Fill the molds that fit the unit and freeze them, then pop them in, activate your machine and a feathery cloud of shaved ice falls into your waiting container. Coffee, fruit juice or other liquids can be used. What a way to serve gazpacho! There are two blades, fine and coarse. It fits all models of the company’s standing mixers.
