When her late husband’s convertible became a burden to maintain, Dr. Doris Iarovici had to ask herself: Do I keep the car that meant so much to my family, or let it go? On this week’s Modern Love podcast, the actress Michelle Rodriguez reads Dr. Iarovici’s essay, “On a Serpentine Road, With the Top Down.”
Dr. Iarovici is a psychiatrist and mental health counselor at Harvard University. She has published two books, “American Dreaming and Other Stories,” and “Mental Health Issues and the University Student.”
