Dr. Micaela Lorraine Dea and Curtis Davin Clauson were married July 5 at Cave B Inn and Estate Winery in Quincy, Wash. Davin Clauson, the groom’s father who became a Universal Life minister for the event, officiated.
The bride, 26, is a dentist in Seattle. She graduated from Washington State and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington.
She is a daughter of Kathryn K. Chinn and Gregory M. Dea of Bellevue, Wash. The bride’s father retired as a national sales account executive at US Foods in Seattle. Her mother retired as a finance systems analyst at Boeing, also in Seattle.
The groom, also 26, is a sales executive in Seattle for Hatton Marine Engine and Generator Systems, a company specializing in marine diesel engines, generator and stationary power systems. He graduated from the University of Washington.
He is the son of Norma Clauson and Mr. Clauson of Edmonds, Wash. The groom’s mother is a director and accountant for World Wide Movers in Edmonds. His father retired as a property manager at Boeing in Seattle.
The couple met during summer 2013 after their sophomore years in college.
