Liane Marie Terracciano and Daniel Robert Morgese were married Dec. 14 at the Parish of St. John Bosco, the Church of Our Lady of Mercy, in Port Chester, N.Y. The Rev. Patrick Angelucci, a Roman Catholic priest, led the ceremony.
Mrs. Morgese, 31, is a group director of strategy in Stamford, Conn., at Octagon, a sports and entertainment marketing and management agency. She graduated from Cornell and received a master’s degree in sports and entertainment business management from Manhattanville College.
She is the daughter of Barbara Clarke Terracciano and Joseph M. Terracciano of Yonkers, N.Y. The bride’s father, who is retired, was the director of industrial relations at American Postal Workers Union Local 51, and a clerk at the Westchester Processing and Distribution Center for the United States Postal Service, both in White Plains, N.Y. Her mother is a literacy and English as a new language specialist at Thomas Edison Elementary School in Port Chester, N.Y., as well as an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Education at Manhattanville College in Purchase, N.Y.
Mr. Morgese, 29, is a manager of data product strategy and innovation in Wilton, Conn., at Forrester, a research and advisory firm based in Cambridge, Mass. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo and received an M.B.A. from Binghamton University.
He is the son of Janice Morgese and Deane F. Morgese of Wallkill, N.Y. The groom’s mother is a school secretary at S.S. Seward Institute, a public school for grades 6 through 12 in Florida, N.Y. His father is a safety engineer at the Yonkers Contracting Company in Yonkers.
The couple matched on the dating app Tinder in October 2016.
