Liana Rowe and Justin Kamen were married Oct. 26 at the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow in Kings Park, N.Y. Valerie Rowe, the bride’s mother who became a Universal Life minister for the event, officiated.
Mrs. Kamen, 29, is an operations manager at Tishman Speyer, the property manager for Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College.
She is the daughter of Mrs. Rowe and Randal Rowe of Northport, N.Y. The bride’s father is a sheet-metal craftsman based in Northport. He was previously an animal wrangler at the Bronx Zoo. He is also a former Army sergeant who was last stationed at the Anderson Barracks in Dexheim, Germany. The bride’s mother retired as a teacher at the Woodland Middle School in East Meadow, N.Y.
Mr. Kamen, 33, is a corporate lawyer at Perella Weinberg Partners, a financial advisory firm in Manhattan. He graduated from Columbia and received a law degree magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
He is a son of Marina Kamen and Roy Kamen of Manhattan. The groom’s parents own and operate the Kamen Entertainment Group, a recording and media production company in Manhattan.
The couple met online in April 2014.
