I love starting award shows with a slow morning and a good cup of coffee before the chaos.
I’m definitely a heel girl on stage, but every now and again, a performance calls for getting back to your roots and a good pair of boots.
My favorite part of an award show day is glam time with everyone in the room and good music to get the vibes right.

I love playing with fashion and finding a duality between what I get to wear on the carpet and what tells the story best for the performance.
The performance look was a cross between the “Rolling Up the Welcome Mat” short film and entering into the “Stick Season.” A little glitter, a little flannel.

We wanted to go with a classic glam look to let the Jonathan Simkhai dress be the star of the show. Also, I did sing, “You’re so vain,” in my head all night… if you know, you know.
