Kee Ling Tong, who started her chocolate company in SoHo in 2002, is now selling her lovely handmade bonbons; sleek dark and milk chocolate bars with flavorings like almonds, bergamot, jasmine and hibiscus; and nut-studded bark and macarons from a sliver of a storefront on the Upper West Side. She has closed her shop in the garment district, but she still has an outlet in the HSBC Bank at 452 Fifth Avenue (40th Street).
