Starting next month, the mixologist Albert Trummer will be giving classes on making summer drinks, using mostly organic and biodynamic ingredients. His base of operations will be Bouley at Home, thanks to the 20-year relationship that he has had with the chef David Bouley. (Mr. Trummer first stood behind the bar at Mr. Bouley’s Danube.) The class called Summer Beginnings will be held on June 26 ($125). Midsummer Night Mixology is scheduled for July 17 ($150), and Sayonara Summer Fête will be Aug. 21 ($150). All classes run from 7 to 10 p.m., accompanied by hors d’oeuvres from Mr. Bouley’s kitchen.
