“Raw wine” is an appropriate label for the category of natural, low-intervention, biodynamic and organic wines, that is wines not made using conventional methods. Isabelle Legeron, the first female Master of Wine in France and an authority on the wines, has created the Raw Wine Club. Subscriptions, each with six bottles and Ms. Legeron’s tasting notes, are $199 a month (including shipping); they ship to most states and are usually available until the end of a month for delivery the following month. Some of the choices for April were Palmento Vino Rosso 2020 from Sicily, Umberto 2020 from Piedmont, and Ancestral Blanc 2019 from the Loire.
