Dr. Elizabeth Mesa Warnack and Andrew Marrott Gorman were married March 8 at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau. Angel L. Lopez, a staff member of the City Clerk’s Office, officiated.
The bride, 30, is a fourth-year general surgery resident at NYU School of Medicine. She graduated cum laude from Dartmouth and received a medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
She is the daughter of Ann Warnack and Dr. Worthy R. Warnack of Dallas. The bride’s father is a professor of neurology at U.T. Southwestern Medical School. Her mother is a retired registered nurse.
The groom, 29, is a vice president in investment banking at J. P. Morgan in New York. He graduated from Colgate. He is a son of Brenda Gorman and Christopher M. Gorman of Cleveland. The groom’s mother was a stay-at-home parent. His father is the vice chairman and president of banking at KeyCorp, a holding company for KeyBank in Cleveland.
The couple met in New York in 2015.
