Beth Ann Lancaster and Daniel Peter Anderson were married Dec. 14 at the Rainbow Room in New York. The Rev. Deric A. Taylor, a Lutheran minister, officiated.
Until August 2018, Mrs. Lancaster-Anderson, 46, worked in New York as an office manager for exchange traded funds at OppenheimerFunds, a unit of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. She graduated cum laude from Iona, from which she also received a master’s degree in corporate communications.
She is the daughter of Carole Ann Lancaster of Twinsburg, Ohio, and the late Allen Duncan Lancaster. The bride’s mother was a stay-at-home parent. The bride’s father, who worked in Solon, Ohio, was the senior vice president of Stouffer Hotels and Resorts.
Mr. Anderson, 56, is president of Madison Brokerage, an independent life insurance distributor in Morristown, N.J. He also serves on advisory boards for Lincoln National Corporation and Prudential.
He is a son of Arlene Marie Snyder of Delray Beach, Fla., and Alan Doyle Anderson of Springfield, N.J. The groom’s mother retired as a nurse at a private doctor’s office in Long Valley, N.Y. His father retired as the owner of Anderson & Associates, a specialty chemical manufacturing firm in Short Hills, N.J.
The groom’s first marriage ended in divorce.
The couple met in 2016 at a restaurant in New York.
