It features personalities and scholars in the Jewish food world, like Darra Goldstein, Lior Lev Sercarz, Adeena Sussman, Leah Koenig and Niki Russ Federman, along with materials from YIVO’s archives. Recipes are demonstrated. The course, in seven sessions will be available starting May 1, with a new session released each week so that the complete program will be online by mid-June.
