At the European Fine Art Foundation (TEFAF), an international art fair held at the Park Avenue Armory this week, oysters are included. Roving teams of shuckers open and serve oysters and Champagne, gratis, so visitors can slurp while they shop. Red Oyster, a New York company, supplies the bivalves and shuckers. The fair, based in Maastricht, the Netherlands, is returning to New York after a two-year Covid hiatus, from Thursday through May 10 (May 5 by invitation only).
