Amanda Beth Gottlieb and Dr. Matthew Paul Seplowe were married Dec. 7 at the Pierre hotel in New York. Rabbi Daniel Gropper officiated.
The couple met at the University of Michigan, from which each graduated.
Ms. Gottlieb, 29, is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, a Chicago law firm. She received a law degree, magna cum laude, from Fordham.
She is the daughter of Roberta G. Gottlieb and Peter M. Gottlieb of Rye Brook, N.Y.
Dr. Seplowe, 28, is an internal medicine resident at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. He received a medical degree, cum laude, from the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York.
He is a son of Robin L. Seplowe of Great Neck, N.Y., and Seymour M. Seplowe of Boca Raton, Fla.
