Alyssa Beth Orlansky and Ross Benjamin Ingber were married Sept. 21 at Temple Emanu-El in Closter, N.J. Rabbi Paul Kerbel performed the ceremony.
Mrs. Ingber, 26, is a recruiter at the Beacon Hill Staffing Group in New York. She graduated from the University of Hartford.
She is the daughter of Lori Orlansky and Alan Orlansky of Livingston, N.J. The bride’s father is a pharmacist at the Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, N.J. Her mother is a preschool teacher at Temple B’nai Jeshurun in Short Hills, N.J.
Dr. Ingber, 27, is a medical resident, training in interventional and diagnostic radiology, at both North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y., and the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens. He graduated from the University of Miami and received a medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn.
He is a son of Elyse R. Ingber and Larry H. Ingber of Woodbury, N.Y. The groom’s mother is the director of performance and visual arts at the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center in East Hills, N.Y. His father is a tax partner at the accounting firm Marcum in Melville, and a partner in Lassar & Cowhey, a law firm, also in Melville.
The couple met on the dating app Hinge in December 2014 during the bride’s break from college and the groom’s break from medical school.
