The first-ever major award show red carpet during the coronavirus pandemic is happening tonight in New York City. This year’s MTV VMAs are happening outdoors throughout the city, so photos are coming from all different locations instead of one central spot (and some were shot ahead of time, as celebs recorded segments in advance). While this isn’t at all like traditional years, a few celebrities did pose in their ensembles (and for some, their masks, as it’s safety first). And the fashion still delivers.
