Dr. Alice Elizabeth Drain and Benjamin Lee Gluckstern were married May 18 at the Rhinecliff, a hotel in Rhinebeck, N.Y. Robert D. Drain, the father of the bride who is a judge in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, officiated.
Dr. Drain, 30, is a urology resident in New York at NYU Langone Health. She graduated from Yale and received a master’s degree in clinical research and a medical degree from N.Y.U.
She is a daughter of Nancy J. Mrazek and Judge Drain of Scarsdale, N.Y. The bride’s mother is a docent at the Neuberger Museum of Art at Purchase College.
Mr. Gluckstern, 31, is an affordable housing underwriter at Citi Community Capital, the community development lending and investing group of Citi. He graduated from N.Y.U.
He is the son of Arlene Gluckstern and Henry Gluckstern of Maplewood, N.J. The groom’s mother retired as a nutritionist in Maplewood. His father, also retired, was a lawyer in Maplewood specializing in environmental law.
The couple met through mutual friends at a bar in New York in 2013.
