About the last thing you want to have to fuss with as guests assemble for Thanksgiving dinner is measuring and mixing cocktails. High West, a distillery in Park City, Utah, that specializes in whiskies, comes to the rescue. It has introduced two top-notch barrel-finished drinks — a manhattan and an old-fashioned — ready to pour over ice, garnish and serve. Each is simply made with a blend of rye, bourbon and bitters, with the addition of sweet and dry vermouth for the “perfect” manhattan recipe. Keep them chilled. Each 750-milliliter bottle provides a dozen cocktails.
