PROS: The dress has built-in shorts that have the non-slip grip on them…no need to keep pulling down the shorts after walking or sitting! Game changer! I also really like the adjustable straps. I’ve had an exercise dress from a different brand and the versatility and fit don’t even come close to this dress’s. Plus, it washes very well (I recommend line drying).
CONS: There’s no bust padding in this dress. I’m also not a super busty person (34B) and the XS fits me perfectly. I think if you’re more busty it may be too tight. The price is also pretty steep, imo, but I do feel like you get your money’s worth out of it with how versatile + comfortable it is.”
