The buyers for Food52 have found an unusual item, a bag from Tuscany for keeping bread. It’s fashioned of sturdy washable paper by Uashmama, a company that specializes in the material and uses it for a range of products. The bread bag is made in various colors and in two sizes, suitable for round or oval loaves, cut sections and rolls (but not baguettes). And it comes with a cute terra cotta insert, which, when warmed in the oven, keeps the bread warm in the bag for maybe half an hour. You can use the bags for storing bread, too.
Uashmama Bread Bag and Terra Cotta Warmer, $32 and $36, food52.com.
