Among the eight experts will be Justin Chapple, a culinary director at large for Food & Wine magazine; Jake Cohen of the Feedfeed, an online food platform; Deb Perelman of the blog Smitten Kitchen; Gaby Dalkin, a cookbook author and blogger; and the food historian, Jessica B. Harris.
