For the first time, L.A. Burdick Chocolates is using chunks of its dark chocolate to make excellent chocolate-chip walnut cookies created by its chef, Michael Klug. With a slight crunch and plenty of gooey bits, the cookies are baked fresh daily at each of the company’s stores and can also be ordered for shipping.
