Enterprises of the TATNEFT company’s Nizhnekamsk business sector were visited by a representative delegation of the”Belneftekhim” Concern.
The events were attended by Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, Anvar Vakhitov, Director of Tatneft-Neftekhim Management Company, Leonid Alekhin, General Director of TANECO, Alexander Babynin, Director General of OOO INKO-TEK.
The Belarusian delegation included Natalya Leichenko, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Belneftekhim Concern, Vitaly Pavlov, General Director of Mozyr Oil Refinery, Alexander Demidov, General Director of OJSC Naftan, Alexey Yakovlev, General Director of OJSC Belshina, Mikhail Kostechko, Director of the Belarusian Oil Trading House and others.
The visit began with touring the enterprises of the PJSC TATNEFT’s petrochemical complex, where the guests got acquainted with the production of KAMA EURO and Viatti brand tires, visited assembly workshops Nos. 1 and 2, and the vulcanization shop of PJSC Nizhnekamskshina. Then the participants of the event were demonstrated main stages and technological production processes of high-performance SSC tires, the level of automation and production safety of the Nizhnekamsk SSC tires factory. The design capacity of the enterprise is 1 million 200 thousand tires per year. The products manufactured are delivered to the leading Russian car factories and are exported to 26 countries.
The next visited facility was the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex, where the guests were shown the facilities commissioned at the industrial site for the production of various types of oil products and the Euro-5 diesel fuel. At present, the conversion factor of oil refining at the TANECO Complex has been brought up to 99.2% with the yield of light oil products amounting to 86.7%. The Belarusian delegation also visited the central operator station, which provides for automated 24-hour control and monitoring of the refinery process parameters In the online mode on a video wall intended for displaying mnemonic diagrams and video images of the production, the guests got acquainted with the key facilities of the Complex Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Complex.
The potential of the production facilities of PJSC TATNEFT aroused great interest among the Belarusian delegation members. During the meeting, which was held at the end of the working visit, a statement was made about the interest in the development of bilateral cooperation.
