A scientific and practical conference of young workers of TATNEFT Company, scientists of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University and the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute In Kazan was held at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by professor Ayrat Abdullin, vice-president of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Doctor of Technical Sciences, and Professor Rais Khisamov, Chief Geologist-Deputy General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences. The expert commission was composed of leading professionals of the TATNEFT’S geological service.
The conference participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the search and exploration of unconventional reserves from unconventional reservoirs.
The following reports were recognized as the best according to the results of the conference:
– Arthur Gabdrakhmanov (AGNI) on the subject “Method of complex integrated and chromatographic studies of petroleum deposits in the Domanik sediments”;
– Sergey Kukharkin (NGDU Elkhovneft) on the subject “Ways to solve the problem of prospecting and exploration of c oil deposits in the Semiluki-Bureg deposits of the Upper Devonian sediments”;
– Almaz Kalimullin (coauthor A.F. Safarov) (TatNIPIneft) on the topic “Features of the geological structure and conditions for the formation of the Bobrikovsky horizon of the Sirenevsky deposit”;
– Vitalii Yemelyanov (NGDU Prikamneft) on the subject “Increase in oil reserves and prospects for the development of the Sargaevsky horizon in the fields of the north-eastern part of the Republic of Tatarstan”;
Yevgenii Grunis (co-author A.A. Titov) (TGRU) on the subject: “Detailing of the terrigenous section of the Permian system’s Shestminsky horizon on the basis of the wavelet transformation of the gamma-ray logging data”.
The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
