For this exhibition, Chanel collaborated with local artist Wu Guanzhen to reinterpret Gabrielle Chanel’s Coromandel screens, which were a source of inspiration for her. His three lacquered screens are titled “Lofty Mountain,” “Early Spring”, and “Garden of Pleasure”.
