Trying to dry your hair in a natural way is even better. One should also be careful with gadgets: always use heat-protective sprays and do not run out onto the street immediately after you finish styling: your hair needs 5-10 minutes to cool.
Drinking no vitamins
Contact an immunologist to be prescribed the vitamins that will enhance your health, make your hair and skin better. Or keep to a diet high in vitamins A, C, B, E and D. It is also worth adding omega-3 fatty acids to the menu, they are found in sea fish, avocados, flax seeds, unrefined vegetable oil, and pine nuts.

In the fall, it is advisable not to use plastic combs – they will electrify hair (these tips, by the way, will also save ringlets from excessive fluffiness). Choose combs with natural pile made of wood and ceramics.

Do not go to bed with a pigtail or a bundle, tightened with a tight elastic band. Most often, this leads to fragility due to insufficient nutrition of the hair.

Half an hour before washing your hair, apply argan oil or apricot oil on it (not as part of the product, but natural), cover your hair with a plastic cap and wrap your head in a towel. After 30 minutes, rinse with shampoo in the shower.
