A chicken roasted in your oven with the chef Daniel Humm looking over your shoulder is what Eleven Madison Park is offering for the first time. Its dinner kit, serving two to four, consists of a ready-to-cook Green Circle chicken (raised on restaurant scraps and stuffed with brioche, foie gras and black truffles), with sides like potato gratin and brown butter squash with seaweed, plus a dessert and granola for the morning. The chicken recipe comes from Mr. Humm’s family. The kit, to order 48 hours in advance, is $275 and will also provide 10 meals for the needy through Rethink, a charity which Mr. Humm helped found. Pickup is available in several points in the tristate region, including the restaurant; at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn; in Montclair, N.J.; Greenwich, Conn.; and Bedford and East Hampton, N.Y. Dinners can be reserved this week and are available for pickup starting Oct. 22.
