Paul Neuman, a caterer based in Long Island City, Queens, has started contactless delivery of prepared foods to locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and the Hamptons. The food is hearty and homestyle, and easy to reheat. Most of the items serve two and can be refrigerated for a few days or even frozen. Soups like chicken noodle and mushroom-barley; main courses like lasagna Bolognese and turkey meatloaf with spinach; and desserts, including a buttery croissant pull-apart loaf, available plain or threaded with chocolate, are on the menu, priced from $9 to $20. There’s a $125 minimum for New York City with no delivery charge and $300 for Long Island plus $50 delivery.
