This season, OddFellows Ice Cream has concocted an assortment of uncommon holiday flavors. After lighting the Hanukkah candles on Dec. 10 (first night of the holiday), there’s latke ice cream to enjoy with smidgens of apple sauce and sour cream in the mix; coquito is based on a popular Puerto Rican Christmas drink; cherry cordial has chocolate for holiday cheer; pineapple-rum-caramel, my favorite, celebrates Kwanzaa; shattered sugar cookie has red and green sprinkles; and pine needle rocky road is all about winter.
Oddfellows Ice Cream, A Fairly New York Holiday Capsule, six pints, one of each flavor $79, single pints $13.50 in stores only, oddfellowsnyc.com.
